Welcome to the Tulsa Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. website. We are proud to have been part of the Tulsa community for over 90 years and continue to be dedicated to enhancing the lives of others through our Five-Point Programmatic Thrust. The Tulsa Alumnae chapter strives to be a leader in the local community by implementing our sorority’s national and global initiatives.

Delta Youth Programming Applications

Delta Academy Application
Delta Academy was formed to enhance the future of our African American girls. The program is aimed at adolescent girls ages 11-14 and/or grades 6th-8th.
Applications are due October 8, 2025.

Delta GEMS Application
The Dr. Jeanne L. Noble Delta G.E.M.S. program is an extension of the Dr. Betty Shabazz Delta Academy program. Delta G.E.M.S. was created to “catch the dreams” of teenage girls aged 14-18 and/or grades 9th-12th.
Applications are due October 8, 2025.
Scholarship Application
Tulsa Alumnae Chapter extends scholarship awards as part of its community service program. We are proud to have continued this activity for more than 65 years in the Tulsa community. Scholarships are awarded to college-bound high school seniors based on scholastic achievement(s), and community involvement. As we are unable to meet the needs of every student who applies, certain information must be included with the application form for evaluation. Please be assured all information received by our chapter is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with any other organization or legal entity.
The Tulsa Alumnae Chapter serves the City of Tulsa and all metro area communities including Bartlesville, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Sand Springs, and Owasso and the Counties of Tulsa, Rogers, Osage, Washington, Creek, Wagoner, and other corresponding counties.
All information must be sent via US mail (not hand-delivered) to the address referenced within the scholarship application and must be postmarked no later than April 10, 2026. All applicants will be notified via US mail of award results, postmarked no later than May 23, 2026.
